Happy 20th Anniversary!

Twenty years ago today, an era began which encompassed most of our childhoods. TLM played nationwide and pointed Disney in the right direction again. With that much time under its belt, I think it's safe to say TLM and all the Renaissance films are headed for classic territory.

Let's hear it for our best girl and her 20th anniversary! -blows snarfblatt and chokes- That goes for our best seagull, fishie, nursemaid, father, sisters, and sailor too. And of course, all the talent that went into making this wonderful film.

20 years. Wow! And the movie is still just as wonderful, cutting edge and beautiful as it was when it came out.

I can't believe it has been that long since it came out. It's a shame that magic like this movie is very hard to find nowadays. Even though it's late, happy well deserved anniversary.
